Thursday have a new album out called Common Existence...It took a few listens to grow on me, it's now in my daily rotation...they're super nice guys...I've been listening to them for ages, my first exposure was the Waiting album back in 97'...I remember shooting them live in the late 90's a year before Full Collapse even came out...

I pulled some of my older live shots of Steve and Geoff, and a couple candids of the band goofing off...the candids are more recent...check out the shot with Steve blinking, it kills me because everyone else looks great with the exception of Steve...the black & whites were shot with illford 400, through my EOS1...also posting some live shots from last week...

Had a chance to sit down and chop it up with Benji, vocalist for the Mighty Skindred...wicked cool, he's the kinda cat you could rap music with for hours...

Dred's first album "Babylon" has some of the greatest "driving..singing in the shower..dancing around the crib..feel good music" that's dropped in the past 10 years..."Selector", "Set it Off" etc etc etc...

"Roots Rock Riot" Skindred's newest album is just as killer...Brilliant band, go and check em' out...

NAS @ RIT...Initially it looked I would have some time to shoot with him but that got 86'd @ the last minute, so I had to settle for live pics...his schedule was tight, I heard dude rolled from the airport to the campus, bounced out of his car and on stage, after his set he went straight to the whip and back to the airport... audi...Green Lantern originally from the 585 held it down on the wheels of steel...below are a few pics from NAS...

Al and Krispy of The Knux are down for anything, I really dig that about those cats.

The Knux rider contains:

2) A Bible (RIT one of the most expensive "$40,000 yearly" prestigious learning institutions in the country didn't have the real deal Holy Bible, so for my shoot we used "The Story of God")
3) 1 Box of Lifestyles or Rough Rider condoms (ribbed)
4) M&M's (only green, the rest need to be removed)
