Been super busy, got a lot of great shoots coming up in the next few months.

I dug out some older Joe Locke pics, posted em' below. I've been listening to a lot of Locke and Roy Ayers.

Yesterday I hung out with and shot "The Brooks Brothers" Like A Storm, super nice guys. I didn't plan on it, but also ended up taking some pics with Thomas the bands drummer, endorsement type shit for Sabian, Regal Tip & Pearl.

Go cop the bands album "The End of the Begining" it's absolutely amazing...and by cop I mean "buy it" don't be a punk and download it off the net...They've got a great look and sound, I can see them being huge...

My homie Sean Jefferson has launched his new site, the pictures he's using on the site look great, of course, they were taken by me. Not sure if I'm dig'n the sites design so much though...

Fishbone has a new live album out, they'll be on the road all of Feb and into March with the English Beat. I'm going to shoot them in NYC later in the month, they have a Documentary that will be out later this year as well, in it some of my photos are being used, I've seen some footage from the movie, it's brilliant.

The Insider, a local weekly periodical did a 20 Question feature on me.

Kate Melton did the photos @ my favorite Record Store (The Record Archive)

Getting my picture taken is usually such a drag, Kate made it fun, she was a blast and did a fantastic job...

My future wifey has been nominated for a Grammy, I wish her luck.

Here are some black & whites from our shoot a few months ago, taken the only way b&w photos should be, with film.

Also putting up a few live photos.

I spoke with Christian Scott earlier this week about a shoot I have coming up. He's in LA working with Mickey Rourke, teaching him how to play trumpet. Well, teaching him how to fake it with style, he's playing a trumpeter in his next film.

Did some record shopping, picked up the newest Me'Shell Ndegeo'cello album "Devils Halo" Them Crooked Vultures, which consists of John Paul Jones, Dave Grohl and Josh Homme, great record.

Also copped The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Pin Points and Gin Joints, Bjork, Voltaic and Lily Allen, Allright, Still (it's odd, she either looks absolutely scrumptious, or like a train wreck, on a good day she would catch a smash, and love it)

Soulive is playing on 12/30 & 12/31 @ the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY. They're calling it the "The Royal Family" New Years Ball. It's gonna be off the hook. If you're in the area check it out...The poster is killing, photo by yours truly...

Shot my homie Mel Henderson and Paradigm Shift a few weeks ago @ his loft. Mel's a great dude and phenomenal player, check em' out.

It was good to see the Dub Trio again, they're such great cats. Peep them out if you're not hip to there music. I shot Joey, Dave and Stu in the basement @ the Armory before dinner...after we wrapped that up, me and Joey T went to the Village Gate for Sushi @ California Roll'n, also stopped in the Bop Shop to cop some vinyl, I found an old Iggy Pop 7 inch.

I can't post any Dane Cook photos yet (not my idea) I've gotten some e-mails from you asking to see them, you'll have to wait until the article is released.

I've been listening to:

Living Colour - The Chair in the Doorway
